Welcome to Wychre
Wychre (pronounced wik-er) is a new style of training company: one dedicated to helping you craft your own workplace training plan, based on your own individual needs, likes and dislikes, strengths and aptitudes, workplace goals and career plans.
Traditional accredited workplace training programmes can require a huge investment of money, time and effort for both the employee and the employer. And, whilst these traditional methods have a solid place within workplaces, Wychre's research (2020- 2025) discovered that training delivery can often be dictated by accidental circumstance in businesses, and are not necessarily always based on employee or employer need. When this happens, and there is a disconnect between the investment made and the eventual outcomes, it can lead to decreased motivation and higher learner dropout rates, and workplace attrition.
Wychre provides an alternative to the traditional:
Tailor-made training, guides and assessments for busy professionals like you, to enable you to learn within the workplace in ways that will not affect your day to day workload.
ALL our learning content is provided in bitesize, 'Lunch Learns' (LLs)
Each LL is a cost effective product (£11 in 2025) which can act as one-off Wychre certificated training.
LLs can be crafted together in customizable ways to create professionally accredited qualifications, when learners choose bespoke packages.
When employees choose to learn in this way, it makes business sense: workplace learning is manageable, achievable, cost effective and perfectly individualized, encouraging employees to stay motivated.
Business owners choose to contribute financially every time employees add LLs, because they benefit from the increase in workplace capability, without committing to large training sums of money.
